Lived in Egginton for 25 yrs Attended John port school for secondary education as well as sixth form where attained A levels in geography, Biology and environmental studies. Growing up within the village on the local farm, was also an active part of the national young farmers movement which included holding office as secretary and chairperson for several years whilst also competing at a national level and achieving awards for various competitions including debating, after dinner speaking and brainstrust . Graduated from Reaseheath agricultural college and Harper Adams university with a merited science degree in Agriculture with dairy herd management in 2013. Now self employed working within the village dairy, beef and sheep farming whilst also enjoying playing an active role in the local community being a parish councillor as well as a school governor.
