Public areas
When using the a public portion of the Website you are not required to provide any personal information and we do not monitor or collect any personally identifiable information from you.

Contributing to the Website (School staff only)
If you become a named contributor to the Website whether as an article author or recipient addressee for information your personal details will be limited to first name, surname, job title and internal school address. It is reasonable to expect such information from you in order to establish legitimacy and furthermore to ensure those accessing the Website know who to contact. The Website will not accept anonymous literature contributions.
Although the use of personal information is limited the school has ensured that the purposes for using personal information on the Website have undergone legal justification under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. The school maintains strict security standards and procedures with a view to preventing unauthorised access to school Information.
